I enjoyed a delightful breakfast with a perfect balance of sweet and savory treats. The hotel's location was splendid in the heart of the city. I had a great time exploring with the help of the friendly and knowledgeable staff. Cheers!
I was devastated that I couldn't stay in this marvelous hotel forever.

The rooms at Hotel Santo Stefano are absolutely fantastic! They have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The satellite channels on the TV kept me entertained, and the private bathroom with toiletries made me feel pampered. As an everyday traveler, I really appreciated the air conditioning and flat-screen TV in the classic rooms.
The only thing I didn't love was the tile/marble floor in the triple room. It felt a bit cold and hard under my feet.

The value for money at this hotel was fantastic, with a spacious and light room that had efficient air conditioning. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the beautiful cathedral, and the staff, especially Olga at the reception, were warm, friendly.
The breakfast option could have been improved with a bit more variety, maybe some cheese or more options to choose from.

The hotel is situated in a great location near many interesting places to visit. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. there was an efficient air conditioning system in the room that maintained a cool temperature during the hot weather.
The Wi-Fi signal on the upper floors was a bit slow. there was no option for English language TV channels and no kettle or fridge in the room.

Great value for the price paid. The air conditioning was efficient, perfect for the hot weather. The room was spacious and very bright, with plenty of sunlight during the day. The staff was friendly, polite and always there to help, making me feel at home. The location was very convenient and close to the main attractions, making it easy to explore the city.
The WiFi was only available in certain areas, which was a bit inconvenient. Breakfast was basic, so I skipped it and went to a local café instead.
